ASUS rende noto che la scheda grafica ASUS GeForce GTX Titan ha stabilito quattro nuovi record mondiali sotto la supervisione degli esperti ROG in overclocking Andre Yang e Shamino confermandosi la più potente scheda grafica a singola GPU attualmente disponibile.

La scheda grafica di NVidia è riuscita così imprimere un nuovo primato nella potenza di calcolo delle GPU a singolo chip.

La GeForce GTX TITAN di NVidia è equipaggiata con una GPU omonima che lavora a 837 Mhz e può raggiungere la vetta di 876 Mhz, RAM 6GB di GDDR5 da 1500Mhz per ogni 1.5GB di memoria raggiungendo quindi 6000 Mhz, bus di comunicazione con la scheda madre PCI-express 3.0.

Graphics card based on NVIDIA® Kepler supercomputer technology proves its power when paired with an ROG Rampage IV Extreme motherboard

Cernusco sul Naviglio, 4 aprile 2013 — ASUS today announced that the ASUS GeForce® GTX Titan graphics card has established four new 3DMarkworld records, supervised by in-house ROG overclocking experts Andre Yang and Shamino. The ASUS GeForce® GTX Titan is the most powerful single-GPU graphics card currently available, as demonstrated with record-breaking 3DMark11 scores of 36658 marksin the Entry preset, 37263 marksin the Performance preset,and 22076 marksin the Extreme preset. It has also set a world record of 21818 in 3DMark Fire Strike, the latest and most demanding benchmark from Futuremark®.

The new world records

ROG overclocking expert Andre Yang set the new 3DMark11 records using liquidnitrogen-cooledASUS GeForce® GTX Titan cards in a four-way NVIDIA® SLI™ configuration with anROG Rampage IV Extreme motherboard and an Intel® Core™ i7-3970X processor. The 3DMark Fire Strike world record was achieved by Andre Yang and fellow ROG team member and overclocker Shamino using two ASUS GeForce® GTX Titan cards in NVIDIA® SLI™. This achievement also used an ROG Rampage IV Extreme motherboard and an Intel® Core i7-3970X processor.
