Demo per pochi fortunati
Dal sito ufficiale di Gran Turismo 5 in lingua tedesca scopriamo come l’atteso titolo di corse sviluppato da Polyphony Digital abbia avuto un palcoscenico particolare in terra di Germania.
Pare infatti che alcuni fortunati ammiratori della serie abbiano potuto provare una versione dimostrativa del gioco grazie ad alcune postazioni di PlayStation 3 dislocate ai bordi in punto particolare del tracciato Nürburgring. Tale tracciato è confermato tra l’altro come incluso nell’edizione tedesca di Gran Turismo 5 insieme alla competizione delle 24 ore. Ovviamente questa sessione di prova è merito anche dell’accordo esclusivo tra Polyphony Digital e Mercedes Benz, la quale ha concesso la presenza in GT5 della Mercedes SLS AMG, nonchè auto di copertina del titolo. E per noi ammiratori ? Una data di uscita della demo non è stata mai annunciata. Speriamo che l’evento E3 2010 possa fornire maggiori informazioni in merito.
Per quanto riguarda le immagini fornite da Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, si denota un forte impatto qualitativo nelle inquadrature tradizionali come l’abitacolo o bordo pista, mentre una perdita di qualità quasi da effetto “cartonato” per gli oggetti disposti oltre il tracciato nell’unica inquadratura dall’alto.
