In esclusiva temporale Xbox 360
Attraverso un comunicato ufficiale il publisher THQ ha annunciato il rilascio di un nuovo aggiornamento dedicato alla versione Xbox 360 di Homefront, sparatutto in prima persona ad ambientazione bellica sviluppato da Kaos Studios.
Questa particolare patch dedicata al gioco migliorerà la stabilità generale del gioco e sistemerà la connettività del titolo e molto altro. In aggiunta alla patch in questione, inoltre, sarà disponibile al download l’Ability Pack, un pacchetto speciale che consentirà ai giocatori di utilizzare una serie di abilità speciali in battaglia.
In occasione di questo annuncio, inoltre, THQ ha svelato ufficialmente il nuovo DLC dedicato al gioco.
Intitolato Fire Sale sarà disponibile in esclusiva temporale tramite Xbox Live il 7 Giugno 2011 ed aggiungerà due nuove mappe multiplayer.
Lo stesso giorno, infine, sarà rilasciato sempre tramite Xbox Live il fucile 870 Express ed uno sfondo gratuito dedicato al gioco.
Restiamo quindi in attesa di prossimi aggiornamenti e ricordiamo che Homefront è disponibile nei negozi dal 15 Marzo 2011 su piattaforme Pc, PlayStation 3 ed Xbox 360.

But wait, that’s not all…
We are happy to announce the first Homefront DLC offering will be available on June 7th – the “Fire Sale” Map Pack will carry you further into the heart of a war torn and twisted America. “Fire Sale” will launch first on Xbox LIVE and features two all-new multiplayer maps. This is just the first small taste of anticipated robust updates that will be coming to Homefront.
Also on that same day, the 870 Express Shotgun will be available for download and as a way of saying thank you for your continued support, we are offering a free Premium Homefront Theme that will be provided on the Xbox 360 Marketplace.
