Dopo la presentazione al Jump Festa, Dragon Quest XI si conferma il gioco più atteso dai lettori di Famitsu, seguito da Final Fantasy VII Remake e da Resident Evil 7 Biohazard. Di seguito, la classifica completa. In top ten trovano spazio anche Kingdom Hearts III, NieR Automata (in uscita a febbraio 2017 in Giappone), Monster Hunter XX (versione aggiornata di Monster Hunter Generations), Super Robot Wars V e Nioh.

Ricordiamo che Dragon Quest XI è stato uno dei principali protagonisti del Jump Festa 2017, in questa occasione Square-Enix ha mostrato la sequenza introduttiva del gioco, un nuovo video gameplay ed ha confermato l’esistenza della versione per Nintendo Switch, sebbene quest’ultima non sia stata mostrata in fiera.
